T-Shirt design competition winners - 16 December 2015
We had a fantastic response to our t-shirt design competition and have now chosen our winners.
Luiza Walowska, a pupil at Kaimhill school in Aberdeen will see her design appear on the MPH primary schools boys' and girls 1.5km race t-shirts and Somer Turnball of Kemnay Academy in Aberdeenshire will have her artwork printed onto the Kongsberg Maritime secondary schools 2.5km race shirts.
We have also made a third award this year. Louisa Benson of Cults Primary in Aberdeen produced an excellent piece of work which is to be used on the front cover of our Event Programme. We may also use it for other promotional purposes.
All three girls won a free entry to the Balmoral races, a Run-4-It goody bag and a cheque for £250 for their respective schools to use on any sports-related project.
The prizes were handed over by Bert McIntosh (McIntosh Plant Hire), James Knowles (Chairman, RunBalmoral) and William Stewart (Run-4-it) at a presentation in the Aberdeen Run-4-It shop.
The winning designs can be seen on our facebook page.
